After over 25 years of work in the restaurant business, both as manager mainly staying in the kitchen, in Novemeber of 2009, Oliva Domingo from life to another great work, with strength and passion comes the new Restaurant – Pizzeria Aguas Calientes.
The structure is erected in the middle of the Solarino countryside, a mixture of great traditions and customs enclose the beauty of this restaurant, which we can define as a great show case to every treasure and a valuable reminder of the experience that has brought us here.
Experience that begins and ends in one architecture, but it shows off its full potential in the four walls of the kitchen, where, between the stove and pots, Oliva Santo master never fails, after so many years, still leave us speechless … and full of delicacies of which he is the author.
