It all began in 1990 in Galati Mamertino, a picturesque corner of the Nebrodi Park, in former textile mill. The passion for cooking is provided by Nonna Antonina, expert cook from a noble family in Palermo. The kitchen is the “land”, the recipes are dictated by the territory and the ingredients are locally-sourced ones of Nebrodi black pig with hazelnuts, pistachios and delicious porcini and ovule mushrooms.
16 rooms for guests are available to those who want to linger for a “week-end feast” or for those who simply want to enjoy a few days of tranquility surrounded by nature and facing the breathtaking view of the Aeolian Islands lying on the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
