Starting with the appetisers you can taste the famous “Provola Basicotana D.O.P.”, the locally produced cheese, Polenta (the frascatturi), wild vegetables etc.
Then move on to fresh pasta, made with only flour and fresh eggs.
And finally the second course, with meats carefully selected and only from local farms, a few steps from us.
The greediest can be enticed by our simple and genuine desserts, like the handcrafted ice cream, cream puffs, the profiteroles (i bignè), the cannoli cream and cottage cheese.
