Following the philosophy of the chef, the cuisine of Don Camillo is linked to the territory and regional traditions, and given the years of activity at the same restaurant traditions.  It adds a touch of modernity that tends to lighten the traditional cuisine revisiting it, using new techniques of cooking and high quality raw materials.

Above all preparing all products that end up in the pot; the kitchen of Don Camillo prepares 5 different kinds of bread and fresh pasta daily, made ​​using flour from ancient organic wheat mowed by hand.   All desserts and ice creams are homemade. The purchase of the raw material at Don Camillo is done as possible to Km 0, and always taking into account the seasonality and sustainability. Meat, fish and vegetables are so Siracusane or Sicilian because Don Camillo is a Sicilian restaurant and does everything to prove this.
