A small restaurant with only 32 seats in a refined and elegant atmosphere makes our restaurant the perfect place to spend your memorable moments in tranquility and relaxation.

The restaurant has a direct access to the aquariums, where the shellfish and crustaceans are kept alive.  These shall be taken only at the time of preparation of dishes by our chef Alfredo Spartà, and with his experience and professionality he will enhance the flavour, always strictly according to the old marine recipes and so to produce simple dishes but of a very high-level.

As a backdrop to our local products, there are 40 varieties of special oysters, imported directly from France.
