Etna Quota Mille, kingdom of Sicilian cuisine.

The restaurant Etna Quota Mille is located inside a restored ancient winery, from which one of the dining rooms was made of Etna features.  Machines and tools for pressing grapes, once indispensable tools for growers and labourers, recovered and carefully restored by master craftsmen, today are ornamental objects that testify to the ingenuity and industriousness of men of the past.

The restaurant offers typical products of the Sicilian tradition and particularly those of Etna, Nebrodi and the Alcantara Valley.  A wide variety of flavours all share one essential characteristic: the Sicilian way.

The sausage, mushrooms of the Ferula, the Porcini mushrooms, the famous cold cuts and cheeses made in the Sicilian protected areas, the homemade pasta, the delicious appetisers, tasty and refined pasta dishes and meat, accompanied by fine local wines, all these things are the trademark of our culinary philosophy, which guarantees to anyone who decides to eat at our tables, a unique experience of food and wine!!
