It all began in 1990 in Galati Mamertino, a picturesque corner of Nebrodi Park, in a room that was the former textile mill.  The passion for cooking is infused by Nonna Antonina, an expert cook from a noble family in Palermo.  The kitchen is the “land”, the recipes are dictated by the territory and the protagonists are the products of the Nebrodi black pig with hazelnuts, pistachios and delicious porcini mushrooms.

In 2002 the restaurant moved to Capri Leone, maintaining the same romantic name and philosophy of management: genuine quality products, tradition, aesthetic care of the dishes and moderate creativity.

The continuous research and the creation of new dishes, day by day, offers an infinite choice among the dishes on the menu, always fresh and suitable for every taste!  And if you are gluten intolerant, do not eat dairy or are a vegetarian do not worry, we can arrange for every need!
