The loft dedicated to guests is located in the lower part of the villa and has a private entrance with exclusive surface of about 150 square metres, it includes a built-in kitchen made with the famous ceramics of Caltagirone and Santo Stefano di Camastra, a wood stove for cooking bread and pizza, a barbecue for cooking on the grill, a large patio equipped with two comfortable sofas.
Around the property there are large green areas where you can relax in the sun, play with the children, enjoy an iced tea or arrange a dinner, without being in any way disturbed by the confusion typical of the hotels.
