Acque di Palermo is a farmhouse, built by Baron Riso in 1947 as the summer residence of his family. Today the farm is run by his niece, Mrs. Emanuela Morello. Based around an old farmhouse of 10th Century stone, its harmonious geometry is perfectly preserved to this day. The farm is the typical expression of the old concept of Feudo, or fiefdom, that revolved around the “bagghiu”. It includes stables and “macaseni” (warehouses for commodities) which today are functional spaces for meetings or celebrations. The energy and the quiet seem to focus in the courtyard in the evenings, bringing the feel of the whole fiefdom into this beautiful stone square which is perfectly designed to gaze on a starry sky. Traffic connections to the main tourist spots and cultural sites Sicily (Cefalu, Corleone, Eraclea Minoa, reserve oriented WWF Torre Salsa, Agrigento) diversifiable make things simple for those who want to appreciate the wider countryside and the many areas of interest it has to offer. A friendly welcome is guaranteed, and our aim is to make your time in Sicily a relaxing one.
