The farmhouse is an innovative structure, designed according to modern criteria of green building, but inspired by primitive abodes and built on stilts.
We wanted to create something unique and made of wooden bungalows on the ‘stilts’ model to reduce environmental impact and maintain the morphology of the place. The bungalows are on a strip of land bordered by a stream and rich riparian vegetation consisting predominantly of poplars.
The farm provides Bungalows, a campsite and Suites.
All bungalows are air-conditioned, and set in an area of c.90squ metres with a green area (lawn, hedges, paths, access to the river, organic garden). They can accommodate up to 4 people. Cots are available on request.
The camping area has pitches of 100squ meters each, with light and water, equipped for campers, trailers and tents. There are power outlets and drain wells. There is an adjoining common bathroom with shower, washbasins, water, dish washing sinks, floor drains and facilities washing clothes.
The Suite is a rural building of 90squ metres for 4 people, renovated and with independent access. It has a surrounding green area of c.3000squ meters and is adjacent to the river with olive trees and a grove of oaks and poplars.
