Hotel du Chateau is a three star hotel set in an aristocratic palace of the 1600’s that by the end of the 1800’s was used as a hotel. Back then, Francavilla was the only town in the area to have electricity. The hotel is located in the centre of the village and you can easily visit tourist attractions on foot, such as (Capuchin Monastery, Ruins, Antiquarian etc.) The sea, Taormina and Mount Etna are about 30 minutes away. Inside the park Alcantara you can enjoy the beautiful natural setting made up from the gorges, the river and beautiful nature trails.
The hotel has 24 beds in 11 comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms with individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, hair dryer and Wi-Fi. At the restaurant you can taste the Sicilian specialties, with particular attention to the traditional Alcantara valley.
In the bar area and on the large terrace on the second floor you can relax while our highly qualified staff, will offer sweets and special drinks.
