There are many hotels in sunny Sicily, but there aren’t many you can find quite like this. Peppe, the owner of the hotel, is very much a unique man- an artist in both his studio and in the kitchen, which shows unmistakable artistry in every detail. The rooms are personalized, individually decorated and comes with every comfort visitors might need. Each one is decorated by Peppe as lavishly as if it were his own. You’ll find tastefully tiled bathrooms, balconies, chests and colored cabinets, paintings on the walls, some of which have been displayed by Peppe in international exhibitions in Berlin, Vienna, Ljubljana and Rome. The hotel offers the following facilities in each room: bathroom with shower, satellite television, disabled access, lifts, individual air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, internet, parking, custody of values in the room, (wasn’t sure of the accuracy of this, dad) and is only thirty meters from the beach. Given Hotel Da Peppe’s excellent location, it’s easy to make trips to the whole territory of Sicily. You can eat in a restaurant that is inspired by Sicilian cloisters of the thirteenth century. Or in a romantic courtyard, under the fronds of wild jasmine. Or even on a deck chair at the beach, right by the sea with fresh coffee.
