The Casali di Margello is village farmhouse located in the north of Sicily, halfway between Messina and Palermo, in front of the Aeolian Islands.
The complex is located at the gates of the Nebrodi Park, a few kilometers from the beaches of Capo d’Orlando. It is ideal for a comfortable stay and the exploration of the countryside, but also as base for exploring for the many fabulous and enchanting tourist destinations in Sicily: Palermo, Cefalu, Monreale, Segesta, Fiumara d’Arte, Taormina, Piazza Armerina, Tindari, Messina, Etna, the Aeolian Islands, the Nebrodi Park and others.
In the main farmbuilding, the ground floor, there is a conference room with a bar, where you can admire an old mill for olives with its millstone, cast iron presses and the ancient tools of the past.
All rooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms, satellite TV, minibar, private entrance, a parking lot and have been created from the restoration of ancient houses of the nineteenth century, using architectural elements belonging to the Sicilian tradition: terracotta floors, exposed stone , wrought iron beds and wooden roof beams.
On the upper floor of the farmhouse, also characterized by wooden trusses, is the restaurant, where you can taste the dishes of healthy Sicilian tradition, inspired by ancient recipes.
The village farmhouse of Margello Casali has also two swimming pools.
