In an old building, which belonged to the lineage of the Marquis of Schisò, where history is mixed with legend, we have created a structure where you can celebrate the most important events of your life, stay in the comfortable rooms and enjoy the benefits of a relaxing treat.
Set between Mount Etna and the Alcantara Gorges, the result of a volcanic eruption, you can reach us by the highway 185 6km from the junction of the A18 Giardini Naxos. Borgo Antico Cavallaro, which was the residence of the Marquis of Schisò, is located in the municipality of Gaggi, 2 steps from Taormina.
It is down to fate that we are here, immersed among the four natural elements. We have chosen that our rooms take the name from the fertile Earth around us, the clear air we breathe, from the water of the Alcantara river flowing between the lava and the fire from Etna that dominates us.
The mansion has preserved the atmosphere of the old manor houses. Elegantly furnished with furniture and antiques, guests have a large living room with a fireplace and a library lounge with a TV. The breakfast will be served in the lounge or in the garden.
