Starting the day with a good breakfast is the best way to begin to pamper you. In addition to the delicacies we prepare, we also make a selection of natural, organic food which we serve in a relaxed, serene atmosphere: take all the time you need.

Dinner
We would be delighted to suggest you to dine and enjoy traditional family dishes in our ancient “Palmento” (a place where, long ago, grapes were trodden upon in a large basin and then pressed with a millstone to make wine). You will taste typical recipes of Sicilian cuisine, homemade using some ingredients grown on our property and complemented with a red wine from our very own vineyard.

If you like, we will have the pleasure to reveal to you the secrets of the most unique island recipes. Cooking in Sicily means understanding the history of the peoples who invaded the island. They left scents and flavours in dishes based on the mixture of Arab sweetness and Mediterranean flavour, aristocratic recipes and tradition, oriental spices and western vegetables.
