The Lepanto B & B is located in the historic centre of Messina, in Piazza Lepanto, a short walk from the Duomo and close to the port. Via Lepanto is now part of the pedestrian area which surrounds the Cathedral, a place of great historical and artistic significance so named in memory of the battle of Lepanto. On the same street there is the monument to Don Juan of Austria (1572), the only work in Messina by Andrea Calamech, architect and sculptor from Carrara, a follower of Michelangelo Bartolomeo Ammannati, who worked in Messina during the second half the 16th Century and founded a flourishing school of art.
A great place when it comes to nightlife, Messina is characterized by the presence of numerous eateries and nightspots, which animate the evenings of people of all ages. The location is well connected by public transport and offers easy access to the main historical and artistic attractions, as well as great landscapes. Our hotel has double and triple rooms and offers its customers a breakfast service, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LCD TV and telephone. We accept payment by credit card and offer a transfer service and a tour of the city.
