Nicolosi is a fabulous spot for a holiday ‘base’, enabling the traveller to visit all the main attractions of East Sicily: Acitrezza’s “Faraglioni”, Catania’s baroque towns, Taormina, Noto, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento and many more.
It is a beautiful and comfortable villa. Recently built and nicely (but practically) furnished with great attention to detail, with materials that are traditional to the area, such as Lavic stone and ghiara (rena ) – materials which come from the burning of sediments during volcanic eruptions.
