The house is an old completely renovated 1927 building. It is surrounded by a garden of 2000 square metres and overlooked by a huge canopy of a mulberry tree. Inside, for guests, two rooms with private bathroom, breakfast and relaxation lounge and kitchen available. The garden is divided into areas. The one at the entrance used for parking, side area with indoor pool and spaces reserved to it, the centre an area equipped with barbecue and another reserved for animals brought by the guests.
