The kitchen, which has a specialized staff, offers many natural, simple and traditional Sicilian dishes. It uses high quality products such as fish (caught daily by the fishermen of Castel di Tusa), meat from the Nebrodi farms, as well as cheeses, meats, vegetables and other products.
