We are an Inn right in the heart of the old town of Milazzo.
Our mission is to introduce the territory through the richness of the local gastronomy, the direct expression of the history and culture of our land. Among the ingredients of our dishes there is the sun, the colours, the flavours, smells and emotions that our land and our sea are capable of arousing.
We use high quality raw materials, genuine and seasonal products in Km0, sourdough bread and fresh pasta made by us, Sicilian semolina, ancient and valuable.
We go fishing every morning and cook only what the sea offers us every day. Our dishes are simple to enhance the taste of quality products without excessive elaboration and without being unhealthy.
The cellar is full of a wide variety of wines, preferably organic and biodynamic, chosen among the most representative of the area.
On the menu we have dishes for vegetarians and vegans.
