Our dishes are a fusion of culture and Sicilian tradition, with an idea of a totally modern kitchen.
We like to tell stories with every single dish, rewriting our concept, true to the raw material and the island nature of the food, a special gift of the Mediterranean Sea but also of the most luxuriant Italian lands. Not only the fish that fishermen of Porto Empedocle and surrounding areas provide us daily, but also the most tender and succulent meat, for a menu that follows the seasons and their first fruits. We have a lot of care in the presentation of what we cook for you, that’s why we pay special attention to the shapes and colours of our dishes. The eye wants its part.
