The restaurant, Le Naumachie was born April 21st, 2006, in the ancient medieval village of Taormina, in the millennial history of a city that over the centuries has been the cradle of many civilizations. The restaurant faces with its terrace and its own entrance onto the ancient Greek – Roman monument of the Naumachie that envelops the entire village.
The philosophy of the restaurant is based on the quality and the respect of tradition. The interior design is modern, in a contemporary way the image has the ability to communicate and engage national and international demanding customers. The kitchen, the dining room and wine cellar are taken care by the young and dynamic Francesco Aversa.
