Just outside the historic town of Cefalu, is the Baglio del Falco restaurant where great food is made with raw materials. The restaurant offers the best dishes of the Sicilian tradition revisited in a rustic but refined way.
In summer you can eat under the olive trees in the two gardens, one of which is even bicentennial, while in winter the interior with 90 seats, it is warm and cosy with a fireplace.
The recipes are not overly creative, in fact , aware of the immense wealth that the sea and the surrounding area offers, are revisited maintaining the link with the origins.
A good wine list completes the set menu but another highlight are the pizzas cooked in a wood oven, not least, for a faster and undemanding meal but definitely the pizzas are above average and quality in the area.
