We live here in Feudo Tudia, surrounded by greenery, in the stars, the cycles of the seasons and the beauty of this nature.
It is with sincere pleasure that we present ‘The Organic Farm’, Feud Tudia.
Surrounded by a ring of wild, we cultivate with complete care in this great organic farm that boasts beautiful vineyards, olive trees and secular olive trees, orchards, pistachio trees and a vegetable garden for seasonal vegetables.
We mainly produce organic wine, organic olive oil, and pistachios, and fruit and organic jams, dried tomatoes, the tomato sauce we use for preparations of the dishes of the farm and sell to our customers.
The farm is housed in an old Manor, from those which were once the barns we have derived the dining rooms from where you can still see the original floor, beamed ceilings and stone walls. Within these rooms, we eat natural foods, dance and sing together in an elegant atmosphere. Those who wish can participate
Inside Tudia Feudo, from those that were two old barns we have derived two restaurants.
The restoration of the two rooms has preserved and enhanced the original architectural structure with stone and beams on the ceiling.
Two rooms furnished in an elegant and refined style with antique furniture, sofas and antique tapestries that offer a wholesome warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A smaller and more intimate room and another hall ideal for receptions, weddings, ceremonies and conferences with the capacity to take around 180 people.
Here hospitality and catering come together in a well-balanced taste, healthy life and charm of the old.
The menu focuses on seasonal products, it serves the most authentic Sicilian hinterland tradition and draws from home organic manufacturing: pistachio, olive oil, peaches, pears, grapes, vegetables and excellent red wine and white can be enjoyed in the beauty of the dining rooms or in the park by the pool during the summer.
