Our restaurant serves traditional cuisine and is essentially based on three fundamental principles: absolute quality of raw materials, compliance with the scents and flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, innovation and reinterpretation of traditional dishes.

The products used are carefully selected by the chef, who will prepare the dishes according to ancient recipes to express the maximum taste of Sicilian cuisine, now long forgotten.

The goal is to foster local products, enhancing the flavour through research and presentation of the colour plates, thereby maintaining a constant balance between respecting the flavours of classic Mediterranean cuisine and the influence of the contemporary chromatic taste.

Customers who stay in the facility, will have priority to reserve lunch or dinner
