The building that houses the B&B is an ancient artifact of the 1700’s, recently renovated. The property, simple and elegant with hints of Art Nouveau style, dates back to the ’30s.
Inside, parts of the original building were recovered and re-used, combining them the new build, to create a bright, modern hotel, equipped with every comfort.
The rooms are modern and are on the first and second floor, with touches of color that characterize them, making them cozy and comfortable.
Maredomus, overlooking the sea and the center of Milazzo, is situated on the Via Garibaldi Promenade, next to the historic church of Santa Maria Maggiore, in the maritime district of Vaccarella, animated in the morning from the fishermen stalls.
From the B&B, many excursions are within easy reach and also a few minutes walk away are the beaches for bathing, the “ancient village” with the grandiose Castle of Frederick II, the city center and the port.
In addition, the marina in front of the B&B offers the opportunity of anchorage and rental of boats.
There is Wi-Fi at the hotel and it is also possible to park your car outside the hotel, at a public car park, which is currently free.
All four rooms are spacious and bright, with sea views, illuminated by the morning sun. The decor is simple and functional, with splashes of colour on the walls and original paintings are showcased to help make the room feel more comfortable.
